Seraphina Sound has been set up by Sarah Stephenson to deliver Sound Healing treatments, workshops & classes.
She is an accredited tutor for the College of Sound Healing. (https://www.collegeofsoundhealing.co.uk) As an accredited tutor for the College of Sound Healing, she is governed and regulated by the CMA (Complementary Medical Association) and is in full compliance with their Code of Ethics.

Professional indemnity insurance is maintained and updated regularly for services provided by Sarah Stephenson @ Seraphina Sound

4/ BOOKINGS
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to book and receive the services from www.seraphinasound.com
When booking a service, you are responsible for reading the full item listed before making a commitment to buy it. 
The prices for all products and services will be listed on the website. 
Any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as travel, can be added to your fee for the services you order.
A confirmation mail will be sent to you after payment is made, at which point you enter a legally binding contract. 
If I am unable to supply the Services for any reason, you will be informed by email and your order will not be processed.
I reserve the right to change the prices for products displayed at any time. 

a/ One-One sessions & classes:
If booking any of these services, payment is required at least 48 hours previous to the session commencing.
b/ Workshops & short courses
If booking any of these services, a deposit is required to secure your place and payment in full made 4 weeks prior to the event date.  
c/ CoSH Practitioner Training
If embarking on the College of Sound Healing Practitioner Course, a deposit will be required to secure your place, and payment in full (for the weekend or whole course, depending on the payment plan chosen) made 4 weeks prior to the commencement of each weekend training. 

5/ CANCELLATION POLICY
a/ One-One sessions & classes: There is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for all 1-1 treatments & classes that have been booked. There will be no refund given after this period of time. 
b/ Workshops & short courses: 
Up to 8 week’s notice – a full refund will be returned.
Up to 4 week’s notice – the offer to transfer payment to another course or service provided by Seraphina Sound.
2 week’s notice or less – no refund will be given.
If the workshop has to be cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be paid.
c/ CoSH Practitioner Training
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the College of Sound Healing Practitioner Course.
Full Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy will be given to the participant when they sign up for the course.

6/ PRIVACY POLICY
I may store your personal data (name and email address/ phone number) if you contact me through the website www.seraphinasound.com or by phone. As soon as you no longer require the services, this information will be deleted. 
Information is collected to provide and operate the Services on the website. You can request to opt out of receiving any further information from me.
I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
